Opportunity: This is a 12-month graduate programme with a start date from September 2026 focusing on gaining first-hand experience in the team and discovering what your future would be like with us through induction, on the job learning, skills training and networking. You will be part of Talent Management and Early Careers team to:
- Support the communication and implementation of Janus Henderson’s global learning and talent strategies and plans
- Help manage the Learning and Talent Development and Early Careers team inbox and respond to employee and candidate inquiries and requests around our processes and policies
- Assist the Learning Advisor in managing our training calendars and records
- Support the Global Early Careers Manager in attraction campaign, campus events, selection process and programme delivery
- Book rooms for trainings and events in advance and ensure they are properly set up
- Handle accounts receivable and ensure invoices are paid
- Carry out other duties as assigned

Must-have skills:
- You must have graduated from an Undergraduate or Masters degree in 2025 or be graduating in 2026 and be available to start full time work from September 2026
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work at pace and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Desire to work and succeed within a collaborative team
- Experience in managing training/event logistics and records
Nice to have skills:
- General knowledge of early careers and talent development
- Supervisory responsibilities
