Responsibilities

  • Process cash flow notifications through internal systems.
  • Perform defined control checks on cash transactions and related data.
  • Follow established procedures and controls to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist in the production and validation of daily cash positions and forecasts.
  • Support monitoring daily liquidity movements and highlight discrepancies or unusual activity for review.
  • Proactively seek guidance and share any unexpected movements with the team promptly, working with the team to resolve issues.
  • Support the team’s monitoring of FX activity and hedging processes.
  • Assist with data checks and reporting related to FX exposures.
  • Develop an understanding of FX models and processes.

Qualifications – Must Have

  • Strong attention to detail and operational accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of financial markets or a strong interest in learning.
  • Analytical and problem‑solving skills, with willingness to investigate issues.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Proactive and willing to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Understanding of regulatory obligations and ability to adhere to JHI policies and regulated entity requirements.
