Your opportunity
This is an 18-month Level 4 AI & Automation Practitioner Apprenticeship programme which is a work based qualification focusing on gaining first hand experience in the team and discovering what your future would be like with us through induction, on the job learning, skills trainings and networking.
You will:
- Assist in identifying, analyzing, and documenting business processes for automation opportunities
- Participate in discovery projects to evaluate current workflows and recommend areas for improvement
- Support the design, development, and deployment of automated solutions using tools such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation), workflow platforms, and scripting languages
- Implement low-code solutions (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate, AppSheet, Mendix, etc.) where appropriate to streamline business processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and test automation solutions
- Monitor automated processes for performance, troubleshoot issues, and suggest improvements
- Prepare process documentation, user guides, and training materials for end-users
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business process automation and low-code platforms
- Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills
- Currently pursuing or recently completed study in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong interest in technology, business process improvement, and automation.
- Proficient in MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
Nice to have skills
- Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBA) is an advantage
- Familiarity or interest in low-code/no-code platforms

Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
