Your opportunity
This is a two-year graduate programme with three 8-month rotations within Investments focusing on gaining first-hand experience across asset classes and discovering what your future would be like with us through induction, on the job learning, skills trainings and networking.
The Programme is designed to provide you with:
- Exposure to more than one of our asset classes (Equities, Fixed Income, Multi-Asset and Diversified Alternatives)
- Key skills required to become a well-rounded investment professional
- Training which will be provided as a combination of ‘on-the-job’ and formal learning. Both soft skills (e.g. presentation skills) and technical skills (e.g. Python) will be developed
- Relevant professional qualifications – you will have the opportunity to complete the IMC and CFA
- A chance to work alongside, and learn from, some of the best professionals in the industry

Must have skills
- Obtained, or expected to achieve a 2.1 degree or above (or equivalent). We care about all aspects of difference including diversity of thought, so we don\'t mind what subjects you have studied, and want to hear from a broad range of disciplines
- You must have graduated from an Undergraduate or Masters degree in 2025 or be graduating in 2026 and be available to start full time work from September 2026
- Strong interest in financial markets and current affairs
- A good working knowledge of Excel
- Passionate about providing excellent client service
- An analytical mindset
- Naturally curious and willing to ask questions
- Desire to work and succeed within a collaborative team
- Highly numerate with strong attention to detail

You will be expected to understand the regulatory obligations of the firm, and abide by the regulated entity requirements and JHI policies applicable for your role.
