Responsibilities:
- Oversee and control the operational aspects of private credit funds operated by Janus Henderson and administered by a third-party administrator, including review of quarterly accounting and Net Asset Value (NAV) information, expense control and payments, investor statements, and financial statement coordination with administrator and audit team.
- Perform similar oversight for a crypto/blockchain focused private fund, covering quarterly accounting, NAV, expense control, investor statements, and financial statement coordination.
- Act as main contact for the fund management team in support of transactions, client commitments, and board resolutions.
- Provide financial reporting and operational oversight of the Cayman and Delaware hedge fund range as part of the alternative fund administration team.
- Carry out other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Private credit operational experience
- Extensive fund accounting and fund financial reporting experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to establish good relationships with stakeholders
- Analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Enthusiastic, approachable and teamwork oriented
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks and actions
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- Familiarity with Copilot and openness to embedding AI within operating models
