Key responsibilities
- Independently manage and structure financial and administrative processes (e.g. invoice verification, document management)
- Support accounting in accounts payable and receivable processes as well as month-end and year-end closing activities
- Process customer orders including order entry, invoicing, and data maintenance in ERP systems
- Assist in quotation preparation and ensure accuracy of pricing and master data
- Handle purchasing activities including purchase order processing and supplier communication
- Act as a key interface between sales, purchasing, finance, and management to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations while maintaining accurate data and documentation
- Contribute to the optimization and continuous improvement of administrative and financial processes

Requirements
- Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in back office, or administrative roles with a financial focus
- Basic knowledge of accounting and understanding of purchasing and sales processes
- First experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP/S/4HANA) and strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Structured, detail-oriented, and independent working style with a strong affinity for numbers
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across different stakeholders
