Key Responsibilities- Build a portfolio of end users, electrical contractors, electrical consultancy practices, panel builders, distributors, and resellers that will align with Janitza’s strategic growth and retention goals.
- Focus on Sales and specification of Janitza products within Building, Renewables, Utilities, Datacentre & industrial manufacturing build projects.
- Evaluate needs, behaviours, and pain points of target customer personas and key market segments including actions of competitors.
- Perform competitive analysis: review, gather, and analyse competitor information and provide insights accordingly.
- Demonstrate the Janitza value proposition to targets by performing customer meetings, lunch and learns, online presentations and/or webinars.
- 30 days paid holiday and flexible working hours.
- State-of-the-art technical equipment including company mobile phone.
- Central office in London.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent qualification).
- Sales experience and preferable electrical engineering or IT background that will increase the ability to understand and challenge customer needs for their electrical distributions systems.
- Min 5 years experience in Building, Renewables, Utilities, Datacentre & industrial manufacturing industries, with focus on electrical design and construction sales or business development.
- Electrical project engineering experience with End Users, OEMs, Integrators and Partners.
- Ability to write extensive technical proposals, tender processing and presentations.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel (~30-40%), supporting global clients and projects.
