We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Services Coordinator to support a major long-term brownfield programme within a live operational industrial environment in Essex.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong construction, site coordination or project engineering background to take a key role in the delivery of complex construction and maintenance projects ranging from approximately £1m-£50m in value.
The position offers long-term contract stability, strong project exposure and the opportunity to work across multidisciplinary brownfield activities within a highly regulated operating environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support construction management activities across brownfield projects
- Coordinate contractors, vendors and day-to-day site activities
- Ensure works are executed safely within a live operational facility
- Monitor construction progress and support key project milestones
- Work closely with Engineering, Operations and Construction teams
- Manage site interfaces and resolve day-to-day construction issues
- Support permit coordination, planning and execution activities
- Maintain high health and safety standards across site operations
- Provide regular progress updates and reporting to project leadership
- Support multidisciplinary construction activities across mechanical, electrical and associated site works
Candidate Background
We are interested in speaking with candidates who have experience within:
- Brownfield terminal environments
- Oil & Gas
- Refinery
- COMAH / highly regulated industrial facilities
- Heavy industrial construction or maintenance environments
Suitable backgrounds could include:
- Construction Manager
- Site Manager
- Mechanical Project Engineer
The successful candidate should be comfortable managing contractors and site activities, coordinating multiple interfaces and supporting construction delivery within a live operational environment.
Previous experience working across mechanical, electrical or multidisciplinary projects would be advantageous.
