About the Role
As a Senior Workshop Technician, you’ll be at the forefront of maintaining and operating industry-leading subsea equipment. You’ll manage workshop tasks, oversee testing and repairs, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing workshop and production activities, ensuring high standards are met.
- Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting hydraulic and electro-mechanical equipment, including subsea tooling systems.
- Supervising testing of hire/sale equipment and coordinating upgrades or modifications.
- Providing mentorship and training to team members to enhance technical skills.
- Ensuring workshop operations adhere to safety regulations and maintaining clean, organized workspaces.
