Rate: £750 – £900 per day (Inside IR35)

We’re seeking a visionary Project Delivery Leader to spearhead the civil engineering delivery of a transformative power station project in Suffolk. This is a rare opportunity to lead a decade-long initiative critical to the UK’s energy resilience and net-zero ambitions.
Your Role:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale civil engineering works for a flagship power station project.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely on time, and within budget.
- Oversee design, construction, and commissioning phases, with a focus on innovation and sustainability.
- Act as the primary interface between London-based stakeholders and on-site teams in Suffolk.
- Mitigate risks, resolve complex challenges, and ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., CDM, NEC contracts).

We Need You To Have:
- Proven experience as a Project Delivery Leader/Manager in civil engineering, ideally within power stations, nuclear, or major infrastructure.
- Expertise in managing £50M+ projects, with strong knowledge of NEC contracts, CDM regulations, and BIM.
- Exceptional leadership skills – able to inspire teams and navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.
- Willingness to travel to Suffolk monthly (expenses covered).
