- Experience: 15+ years in the Oil & Gas or Energy sector, with a proven track record of directing EPC projects exceeding £500M+ in value.
- Commercial Expertise: Deep knowledge of contract management (FIDIC, LOGIC, or bespoke EPC frameworks) and a "pro-active" approach to risk mitigation.
- Leadership: A natural leader capable of unifying multidisciplinary teams (Engineering, Project Controls, Supply Chain, and Site Construction).
