Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Delivery: Lead the execution of major EPC/EPCI projects, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the client's specifications.
- Commercial Stewardship: Full P&L responsibility. You will manage Lump Sum/Fixed Price contracts, identify commercial risks, and negotiate high-stakes change orders.
- Strategic Procurement: Oversee global sourcing strategies to ensure critical path items and sub-contractor packages align with project milestones.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience: 15+ years in the Oil & Gas or Energy sector, with a proven track record of directing EPC projects exceeding £500M+ in value.
- Commercial Expertise: Deep knowledge of contract management (FIDIC, LOGIC, or bespoke EPC frameworks) and a "pro-active" approach to risk mitigation.
- Leadership: A natural leader capable of unifying multidisciplinary teams (Engineering, Project Controls, Supply Chain, and Site Construction).
