Janikin Energy is supporting a major brownfield terminal programme in Essex and is seeking an experienced Site Services Coordinator to join a long-term project delivery team operating within a live operational environment. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in the planning, coordination and execution of construction and maintenance activities across operational assets, working closely with contractors, project teams and site stakeholders to ensure safe and efficient delivery. We are particularly interested in speaking with individuals who have experience within oil & gas, terminals, petrochemical, chemical processing, power generation or other heavy industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee site-based construction and maintenance activities
  • Manage contractor interfaces and support work planning activities
  • Ensure permit-to-work and site readiness requirements are achieved
  • Support project engineers and construction teams with delivery activities
  • Monitor progress, safety performance, quality and schedule adherence
  • Liaise with operations teams to ensure safe execution within live facilities

Requirements:

  • Degree-qualified Mechanical Engineer or equivalent technical background
  • Experience working within oil & gas, terminal, refinery or petrochemical environments
  • Strong site coordination, construction supervision or project engineering experience
  • Understanding of contractor management, permits and brownfield delivery
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Package:

  • £350 – £450 per day
  • Outside IR35
  • 12-month rolling contract
  • Long-term project pipeline
  • Immediate start available
  • 5 days per week on site
