We’re thrilled to announce the opening of our first international store on London’s prestigious King’s Road — a beautiful new space that brings together two of our portfolio brands, Janie and Jack and HATCH, under one roof. This co-branded location marks an exciting milestone in our global expansion.
As a Stock Lead on the store team, you will be responsible for the stock and movement of merchandise, as well as provide exceptional service, and be empowered to make the Janie and Jack and HATCH shopping experience enjoyable for every one of our customers.
What you’ll do:
- Bring a friendly, genuine, helpful, and optimistic attitude.
- Show compassion and consideration for your team.
- Work with the Store Manager to develop a replenishment plan for your store and effectively lead in driving the replenishment of merchandise from the back to the sales floor.
- Check in, sort, and stock shipments of new products and replenishment.
- Achieve sales goals (both in-store and digital selling) primarily through merchandising and stock flow, as needed use effective use of selling tools, and coach your team to do the same.
- Provide recognition for a job well done and motivate others.
- Work with and lead the team to maintain a beautifully presented store and backroom through stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning.
- Manage e-commerce order processing and shipping to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Who you are:
- 1-3 years retail sales and/or retail merchandising experience with supervisory experience (preferred).
- Ability to process shipment at 100 units per hour (UPH).
- A passion for fashion trends and a love of selling.
- Experience in specialty retail / apparel (preferred).
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic company.
- Ability to process information and operate store systems accurately.
- Availability to work when needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
