We’re looking for a highly connected, community-minded part‑time Brand Community Manager to lead local brand, influencer, and ambassador relationships for our London store. This person will bring our mission to life through thoughtful partnerships, engaging events, and meaningful connections that build community among expecting and new moms — ultimately driving traffic and sales to the space.
What you’ll do
- Local Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with like‑minded brands, experts, and creators in the London market to host events, activations, and pop‑ups in‑store.
- Community Programming: Develop and execute a calendar of in‑store experiences designed to bring expecting and new moms together — from intimate panels and workshops to wellness classes and product launches.
- Ambassador & Influencer Relations: Engage local mom influencers and community leaders to amplify events and brand storytelling across channels.
- Store Traffic & Sales: Strategically use programming and partnerships to drive awareness, foot traffic, and conversion within the store.
- Open‑Door Community Building: Position the store as a hub for connection by inviting external partners and groups to host their own gatherings within the space.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, retail, and partnerships teams to ensure event concepts and collaborations align with brand goals, aesthetics, and operational priorities.
- Reporting & Insights: Track event performance, community engagement, and partnership ROI to inform future strategy.
Who you are
- Deeply connected in the London mom, wellness, and lifestyle community — you know the right brands, creators, and experts to collaborate with.
- Have experience in event production, partnerships, or community management (retail or brand experience a plus). Or you are interested in this space and have skills in an adjacent field.
- Passionate about motherhood, connection, and creating experiences that feel authentic and elevated.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple partnerships and events simultaneously.
- A strong communicator who can represent the brand and build relationships with warmth and professionalism.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, social strategy, or brand marketing; preferably within consumer, retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing, social media platforms, and influencer ecosystems.
- Experience managing campaign calendars, social strategy, and assisting in creative development processes; passionate about audience building and engagement.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and project management skills; self‑motivated, inspirational, brings strength in team management and development, cross‑functional collaboration, creative and strategic innovation and process development and execution.
- Collaborative and communicative; thrives in a cross‑functional, fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent writing skills with a sharp eye for brand voice, storytelling, and emotional connection; a keen eye for detail and a finger on the pulse of consumer and fashion trends.
- Passion for motherhood, women’s wellness, fashion, or children’s clothing is a plus.
