We are recruiting a Quality Manager to join our well established and expanding business, we currently have 12 retail shops selling a range of baked & confectionary products, covering Gloucester & Cheltenham. This is a full time position, Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:

  • SALSA & BRC Approval
  • Understanding of Specifications & Nutritions
  • Supplier Auditing
  • Hygiene
  • Minimum Food Safety Level 3
  • Minimum HACCP Level 3

The role will require you to travel to our sister companies occasionally.
