Job purpose:
Act as the main point of contact between finance and sales, the position focuses on compliance, timeliness and accuracy of reviewing sales orders. a meticulous eye for detail is essential as well as excellent organizational skills and stakeholder management.
How you will contribute at Janes:
· Reviewing Sales Orders and ensuring the information and its supporting documentation is correct and compliant
· Working toward strict deadlines as part of month end as well as demonstrating due diligence.
· Working effectively with sales to chase up amendments in a timely manner
· Owning the relationship between Sales, Legal, Product and Finance
· Managing credit and rebill process
· Compiling OM and financial reports as a part of the Month End process
· Assisting with audits
· Working closely with AR team and Credit Control to support complete Order to Cash process
