JANECARR is a lifestyle boutique of accessories, homeware and curated objects sourced by Founder, Jane Carr. The online boutique is inspired by travel, contemporary art and culture, imbued with humour and playfulness. We work with designers and artisan makers from around the world.
The JANECARR brand creates luxury printed and cashmere scarves, with an emphasis on unique design and fine craftsmanship. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Ecommerce Co-ordinatorto join oursmall, fast-growingteamin Regent\'s Park, London.
The Ecommerce Coordinator will maintain day-to-day website operations whilst helping to execute the ecommerce strategy and support digital marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Website:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Shopify site, including product uploads, merchandising and content updates, with the goal of increasing sales growth and brandawareness.
Product & Content:
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and timely product launches by writing, editing and optimising product copy in our tone of voice, aligned with SEO and customer journey goals.
• Manage product inventories and monitor stock levels.
Performance & Optimisation:
• Assist with reporting on site performance, campaign results and customer behaviour.
•Undertake regular website walks, identifying issues and working to fix them.
• Contribute ideas and support implementation of CRO and on-site UX improvements.
• Customer service support.
Marketing & Campaign Support:
• Contribute ideas to marketing strategy to support sales growth.
• Prepare assets and execution of campaigns across website, social and email marketing.
Skills & Experience Required:
• Previous experience in an ecommerce environment, ideally within luxury or premium retail.
• Knowledge of Klaviyo and Shopify (or other ecommerce platforms) preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
• Confident using Excel / Numbers and comfortable handling product data at scale.
• Excellent written communication and grammar, with a flair for creating engaging product copy.
• Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
• A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and strong interest in ecommerce growth and customer experience. • Experience in ecommerce, merchandising, or site management.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion or a related discipline.
