About the Position
We are looking for a coordinator to support our recruiting team in the planning and execution of our campus recruitment strategy across multiple universities in the UK and Europe. In this position, you will collaborate closely with our team to carry out various strategic initiatives and activities within campus recruiting. Your day‑to‑day will be crucial to the campus recruitment cycle, and some of your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the planning, execution, and staffing of campus recruitment events (on‑campus, virtual, and in‑office)
- Representing Jane Street at events
- Managing job and event postings on internal and external platforms
- Sending marketing and communications to candidates

- 1‑3 years of experience, open to those with direct experience or curious about campus recruiting
- Eager to learn new skills and is intellectually curious

- Meticulous attention to detail with strong organisational and administrative skills, and an appreciation for how much getting the little things right matters

- Ability to clearly communicate with colleagues, candidates, and external partners
- Outgoing and excited to participate in career fairs and other campus recruiting events
- Enthusiastic about traveling to various locations in the UK and Europe to attend recruiting events
- No financial industry experience required
- Travel to recruiting conferences and events will be required for this position
- Fluency in English required
