About the Position The Operations team is critical to our trading at Jane Street. The team manages the processes that connect us to the outside world, and those that connect us internally. We aim to move assets, information, and ideas in ways that are accurate, controlled, and efficient. There are many tough problems to solve and we are big believers in finding exceptional, smart people to tackle them. Operations is a collaborative, integrated group where the pace is quick and the best idea wins. As a member of the team, you\’ll play a key part in an area focused on trade settlements, trade record and position management, or cost and cash management. You\’ll work closely with external service providers and trading partners as well as colleagues in your local office and around the world. Together, you\’ll resolve issues that arise from our complex trading flows and ensure our processes are running smoothly. You will engage with a wide range of financial products including equities, bonds, ETFs, futures, and swaps, even if you have no prior knowledge or experience.
