We’re looking for an experienced logistics and supply chain professional to help manage equipment inventory, delivery, installation and deployment for our offices, data centres and co-locations, and to track assets throughout their lifecycle. This role is based in London but covers a range of sites across the European market, and will help align global processes with our Hong Kong office.

Additional responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Developing, implementing and coordinating comprehensive logistics plans for equipment movement from warehouses to data centres
  • Managing the call-off process, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of equipment
  • Coordinating, with the support of the business stakeholders, the planning of installations and deployments of equipment across multiple sites
  • Working alongside the Procurement team to support the management of inventory levels and identify any stock challenges
  • Helping with asset transfers and driving process improvements across logistics and supply chain operations where possible
  • Troubleshooting and resolving any logistics-related issues
  • Managing customs broking and paperwork arrangements for both the importing and exporting of goods across global markets

About You:

  • Have 5+ years of experience in logistics and project management, preferably in IT or data centre environments
  • Have demonstrable experience improving, streamlining and documenting processes
  • Have a proven track record of managing vendors and coordinating third-party services
  • Understand warehouse operations and inventory management
  • An experienced project manager and resource planner
  • A strong communicator with great people and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Operate with a high sense of urgency
  • Have experience in asset transfers management, process improvement and process management (a plus but not required)
  • Fluent in English
