We are looking for recruiting coordinators to join our tight-knit Campus Recruiting team as we identify, interview, and hire outstanding interns and new grads. Hiring the right people is one of the most important parts of our business. We have developed a dynamic recruitment strategy and engaging interview process to find and hire some of the best and brightest new talent from all corners of the world.
You will work alongside our seasoned team to learn how we create an incredible candidate experience from start to finish. Organised, enthusiastic new or recent graduates who are eager to solve interesting problems, roll up their sleeves, and jump into new challenges are the kind of candidates who will do well in this role.
Your daily work will involve keeping our applicant tracking system updated, scheduling interviews, coordinating live interviews as they happen, and helping us manage some of our other recruiting tools and platforms. You will also be involved in helping to plan, improve, and run our internship programme.
Our ability to get the little things right is what drives our success. We are looking for someone organised with excellent attention to detail, who also understands the importance of putting people first and maintaining the human element of recruiting. We take an extremely thoughtful approach to recruitment – aiming to be approachable, helpful, and responsive. About You:
- 0-3 years of professional recruiting experience or a relevant recruiting/HR internship preferred
