Your Role as a Support Worker:
- Supporting individuals with mental health conditions in a residential and community setting
- Encouraging independence with daily living tasks
- Supporting service users with hobbies, activities, and social engagement
- Building positive, professional relationships with people who have varying needs and abilities
- Promoting dignity, respect, and wellbeing always
Requirements:
- Aged 18 or over
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
- You must be a driver with a full UK driving licence with your own vehicle
- Must be willing to travel up to an hour for work
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in a healthcare or support setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with vulnerable adults
