We are looking for experienced Healthcare Assistants to join the bank team at Kingly Terracein Rushden.

Kingly Terrace provides support for adults with acquired brain injuries or neurological conditions. The highly trained team members work with residents around rehabilitation and enablement and support each resident to develop skills and independence in a way that suits them.

You’ll work alongside healthcare professionals to support people with their daily care, comfort and wellbeing.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting people with personal care and everyday needs
• Assisting with mobility, meals and hydration
• Monitoring and reporting changes in a person’s condition
• Working alongside nurses and other healthcare professionals
• Following care plans and keeping accurate records

What you’ll need:

• To be aged 18 or over
• At least six months of paid UK care experience within the last two years
• At least 6 months working in a neuro care setting
• The right to work in the UK
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A caring, reliable and professional approach
