We are looking for a compassionate individual to join Jane Lewis as a Childrens Support Worker in Hartlepool. This role supports young people with complex life-long health conditions in a specialist residential and short break service.

What you need:
- Be over the age of 18 to apply
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Be a UK resident (sponsorship not offered)
- Have at least 6 months prior experience in a children's complex care setting
- Minimum Level 2 Childcare qualification required
- Excellent communication skills and basic knowledge of the sector
- Ability to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities
