We are looking for experienced Registered Nurses to join the bank team at Frenchay Brain Injury Rehabilitation Centre in Bristol.

Frenchay is the only intensive hospital-level neurological rehabilitation service of its kind in the South West, supporting people recovering from brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke and other complex neurological conditions.

You'll use your clinical judgement and experience to deliver high-quality nursing care, adapting your approach to each person's needs.

What you'll be doing:

• Assessing needs and delivering high-quality nursing care
• Administering medication and treatments safely
• Developing, following and reviewing individual care plans
• Monitoring and responding to changes in a person's condition
• Working with other healthcare professionals and keeping accurate clinical records

What you'll need:

• A valid NMC registration
• At least six months of UK nursing experience within the last two years
• Experience ina neurological care setting
• Experience with complex care and challenging behaviours
• The right to work in the UK
• Strong clinical, communication and decision-making skills
• A reliable and professional approach to patient care
