We\’re recruiting for a Young Person\’s Support Workers in Hayes. The service is focussed on helping each individual achieve their goals, improve their skills and grow their confidence. Our client is committed to helping every person they support feel safe, happy, empowered enabling them to live the best life possible.
Shifts are long days/long nights.

As a Support Worker, you must:
Be over the age of 18 to apply
Have the right to work in the UK.
Be a UK resident, we are unable to offer sp0ns0rship.
Have 12 months prior experience working as a children\’s/young person\’s support worker.
Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector
Be able to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities
Have a genuine passion working in the healthcare sector
