What you\’ll be working:

  • We are looking for a regular team to work permanently with our client
  • 36 hours contracted
  • Days / Waking & Sleep nights available
  • 8am-4pm
  • 4pm-10pm plus sleep over until 8am
  • 8am-8pm
  • 8pm -8am wake night.
  • Monday – Sunday available
  • Full time

What you\’ll be doing as a Team Leader:

  • Build relationships with the people we support, which are open and two way
  • Support to undertake their rehabilitation programme
  • Establish methods of communication with the people we support, reducing barriers when necessary
  • Support with activities of daily living and personal care when needed
  • Communicate any issues to the clinical team
  • Accurately report and/or record work activities
  • To be part of the on call team
  • Complete Supervisions of Support Workers

What you\’ll have:

  • Strong organisational, time management, planning and communication skills.
  • Flexible, professional, and positive approach.
  • Level 3 NVQ or QCF Diploma in Health & Social Care or be willing to work towards.
  • Sound working knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act (MCA) and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS)
  • Proven reliability in terms of full attendance and timekeeping.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual.
  • Self-confidence and ability to manage challenging situations
  • Ability to address and respond to employee issues in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS
