We are offering an exciting opportunity to provide support for adults with acquired brain injuries or neurological conditions, supporting each resident to develop skills and independence in a way that suits them.

As a Care Assistant, you must:

  • Be over the age of 18 to apply
  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Be a UK resident, we are unable to offer sponsorship
  • Have 6 months prior experience in a UK neuro healthcare setting
  • Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector
  • Be able to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities
  • Have a genuine passion for working in the healthcare sector
