Our client specialisies in providing accommodation, rehabilitation and support for up to 17 adults with an acquired brain injury or neurological condition.

We are offering an exciting opportunity working within our group owned residential services in Hinckley, supporting adults to develop skills, gain independence, and achieve personal goals at their own pace and in ways that suit them.

As a Support Worker, you must:

Be over the age of 18 to apply
Have the right to work in the UK.
Be a UK resident, we are unable to offer spons0rship
Have 6 months prior UK based experience in a proffessional healthcare setting
Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector
Be able to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities
Have a genuine passion working in the healthcare sector
The duties of an Support Worker include assisting with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation and medication management, promoting independence and a sense of well-being among service users.
