We are offering an exciting opportunity to support a range of young people and individuals aged 12-18 with a diagnosed mental health condition and other varying needs. Specialising in supporting young people with severe or complex mental health conditions who need intensive inpatient treatment.

As a Mental Health Support Worker you will:
- Be over the age of 18 to apply
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Be a UK resident, we are unable to offer sponsorship
- Have 6 months prior experience in a children's care setting (ideally CAMHS)
- Previous Mental Health experience working with Hospital, ICU or PICU settings
- Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector
- Be able to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities
- Have a genuine passion for working in the healthcare sector
