Our client specialises in offering person-centred care to people to support them to become as independent as possible, providing care for adults with complex needs, including learning disabilities or autism. We are offering an exciting opportunity working within our group owned residential service in Caterham, who specialise in supporting young adults with varying needs including neurological conditions, physical and learning disabilities.
