Are you a compassionate individual looking to make a positive impact in people\’s lives? Jane Lewis is seeking an Agency Support Worker to support a client in her own home who has cerebral palsy. The client is wheelchair dependent, can eat and drink normally, has some communication challenges but can speak, and requires personal care.

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid UK driving license and have access to a vehicle
• Be over 18 years old
• Have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
• Have at least 6 months of experience in a healthcare setting
• Excellent communication skills and basic sector knowledge
• Ability to build strong rapport with service users with varying needs
• A genuine passion for working in healthcare

Shift Pattern:

• Afternoons after college: 3pm – 8pm
• Fridays: 2pm – 6pm
• 1-2 nights per week, Saturdays and Sundays when needed, with opportunities for overtime
