Salary: GBP13.00 per hour

We\’re recruiting Male Weekend Support Workers on behalf of one of the UK s largest independent providers in neuro and mental healthcare, in St Leonards ! What you\’ll be working:

  • This is bank cover, to cover for the regular Support Workers
  • Weekends only – Saturdays & Sundays
  • Day shifts (10 hours)
  • Bank cover

What you\’ll be doing as a Male Weekend Support Worker:

  • Supporting our clients with daily activities
  • Supporting their care plans to establish routine
  • Ensure the client feels safe, and stable within their day to day care
  • Personal Care
  • Administrating medication (if required)

What you\’ll have:

  • Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS
  • Flexible, professional, and positive approach to multi-site working.
  • Proven reliability in terms of full attendance and timekeeping.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual.
  • Self-confidence and ability to manage challenging situations
