Our client specialises in providing accommodation, rehabilitation and support for up to 17 adults with an acquired brain injury or neurological condition. We are offering an exciting opportunity working within our group owned residential services in Hinckley, supporting adults to develop skills, gain independence, and achieve personal goals at their own pace and in ways that suit them.

As a Support Worker we can offer you:

As a Support Worker, you must:

  • Be over the age of 18 to apply
  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Be a UK resident, we are unable to offer sponsorship
  • Have 6 months prior UK based experience in a professional healthcare setting
  • Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector
  • Be able to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities
  • Have a genuine passion for working in the healthcare sector
