What You'll Be Doing

  • Processing payrolls accurately and on time across weekly, fortnightly and monthly pay cycles.
  • Producing and managing invoices while ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Reconciling payments and investigating any discrepancies.
  • Liaising with clients and workers to resolve payroll and payment queries professionally and efficiently.
  • Reviewing and processing expense claims.
  • Supporting statutory payroll submissions and pension administration.
  • Managing payroll records and assisting with compliance and audit requirements.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless payroll service.

What We're Looking For

  • UK payroll experience (ideally 12-18 months or more)
  • Candidates must be UK based
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience using payroll software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
