We’re looking for a commercially focused Financial Controller to partner closely with the CFO and lead the Group Finance function during an exciting phase of growth. This is a high-impact role where you’ll take ownership of group reporting, cash flow forecasting and financial controls — while driving improvements that make the finance function faster, smarter and more insightful. If you enjoy operating at pace, influencing senior stakeholders and building robust processes across multi-site operations, this could be the perfect next step.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver accurate, timely consolidated management accounts and Board packs
- Provide clear, value-added performance analysis with meaningful variance commentary
- Own group cash flow forecasting and reporting
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, developing integrated financial models
- Oversee the annual audit and ensure strong financial governance
- Partner with UK and overseas Finance Managers to ensure consistent, high-quality reporting
- Standardise and enhance group-wide controls and reporting processes
