What You’ll Be Doing- Managing the full Credit Control/ Accounts Receivable process, from invoicing through to cash collection
- Proactively chasing outstanding payments and reducing overdue debt
- Building positive relationships with customers and internal teams
- Resolving invoice queries and managing disputes confidently and professionally
- Monitoring customer credit limits and helping to minimise financial risk
- Working closely with Sales and Customer Service to resolve issues quickly
- Providing regular updates and insights on debtor positions
- Improving credit control processes and suggesting smarter ways of working
- Taking ownership when things don’t go to plan and driving solutions
- 5+ years’ experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable (UK-based experience)
- Confident using Excel and Office 365
- Experience with SAP and/or Power BI would be a bonus
- A proactive, organised approach with strong communication skills
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and dealing with customers
- Excellent basic salary/bonus and benefits package
