What You’ll Be Doing
  • Managing the full Credit Control/ Accounts Receivable process, from invoicing through to cash collection
  • Proactively chasing outstanding payments and reducing overdue debt
  • Building positive relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Resolving invoice queries and managing disputes confidently and professionally
  • Monitoring customer credit limits and helping to minimise financial risk
  • Working closely with Sales and Customer Service to resolve issues quickly
  • Providing regular updates and insights on debtor positions
  • Improving credit control processes and suggesting smarter ways of working
  • Taking ownership when things don’t go to plan and driving solutions
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years’ experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable (UK-based experience)
  • Confident using Excel and Office 365
  • Experience with SAP and/or Power BI would be a bonus
  • A proactive, organised approach with strong communication skills
  • Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and dealing with customers
