- Developing appropriate risk-mitigation strategies
- Supporting commercial negotiations with customers and other stakeholders

- Helping to improve commercial processes, controls and consistency across the business
The successful candidate will ideally have:

- A background in construction, engineering, infrastructure, building services or another project-led environment
- Experience supporting multimillion-pound tenders and projects
- Excellent commercial judgement and the ability to identify and clearly communicate risk
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder-management skills
- The confidence to challenge constructively and influence senior decision-makers
- A relevant commercial, Quantity Surveying, construction or legal qualification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
You will be joining a collaborative and commercially focused organisation offering flexibility over your base location.
