What you’ll be doing You’ll play a key part in the day-to-day finance function, making sure records are accurate, queries are resolved and payments stay on track. Processing supplier invoices, payments and receipts. Reconciling supplier statements and spotting discrepancies. Allocating payments and keeping the accounting system up to date. Working with suppliers and colleagues to resolve invoice and payment queries. Managing employee expenses and company credit card reconciliations. Supporting month-end processes and year-end audits. Helping the wider finance team with day-to-day administration.
