Salary: £12.71 – £15.00 per hour (depending on experience)
We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Care at Home Care Assistants to join our growing team. As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes, enabling them to live independently, safely, with dignity and respect.
As a Care Assistant you will build positive relationships with clients and their families while delivering personalised care tailored to individual care plans. Every visit should reflect our commitment to compassion, respect, dignity, and excellence in care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with medication in line with care plans and company policies.
- Prepare meals and support with nutrition and hydration.
- Carry out light household tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to promote wellbeing.
- Support clients with mobility and attending appointments or social activities.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate care records and follow all safeguarding, health and safety, and confidentiality procedures.
- Deliver care with compassion, respect, and professionalism at all times.
