Janco Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Trainee Office Administrator on behalf of their clients based in West Bromwich. The Trainee Office Administrator will be joining a small team and will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the office and business. Previous experience is not essential to this role as training will be provided; the ideal candidate would know how to use a computer and have the attitude and willingness to learn and adapt. Working hours will typically be Monday to Thursday 8:30 - 16:30 and Friday 8:30 to 16:00.
Duties:
- Manage daily office operations.
- Maintain accurate records and databases using Microsoft packages.
- Answer phone calls, demonstrating an excellent phone manner.
- Organise office supplies and ensure a tidy workspace.
- Provide administrative support to management as required.
- Handle correspondence and communication with customers.
Experience and Skills:
- Computer literate with some experience in Microsoft packages including Excel.
- Willing to learn and a can-do attitude to work.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
