Early Years Practitioner Level 2 - 4 days a week, 7:30am-6:30pm Friday off
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Level 2 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly nursery team. Working four days per week, you will support children’s learning, development, and well-being within a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the planning, delivery, and evaluation of engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
Ensure the safety, welfare, and well-being of all children at all times.
Build positive and professional relationships with parents and carers to support each child’s learning and development.
Observe, monitor, and record children’s progress.
Support children with varying developmental needs, including those with SEND, ensuring an inclusive environment.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide high-quality childcare and education.
Promote positive behaviour and support children’s emotional well-being.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout the nursery environment.
Follow all nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding, health and safety, and data protection requirements.
