The Student Service Team plays a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our Training programmes. This role focuses on providing high-quality administrative, communication, and learner-support functions to ensure that applicants, learners, staff, and external partners receive an excellent level of service.

We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our team in Wallington. Hours: 24 hours a week over 3 days. Pay: Β£13-14 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming telephone calls professionally and redirect as required.
  • Monitor the mailbox daily, responding to enquiries in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
  • Process new applications, ensuring all required information is collected and recorded.
  • Follow up non-attendance with phone calls, emails, and written notes using CRMs.
  • Assist with audits and reporting to ensure high quality assurance and compliance.
  • Upload certificates to learner records and distribute physical or digital copies as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection and safeguarding guidelines at all times.
Essential / Desirable
  • Level 4 and above in Maths & English - Essential
  • Level 3 in a qualification - Desirable
  • Experience in an Administrative role - Essential
  • Good knowledge of main IT Platforms - Essential
