Job Summary
The role of a Functional Skills Teacher is to oversee and enhance the delivery of maths and English to 16–18-year-olds in Kent studying Sport. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of teaching, learning and student outcomes, while also managing resources.
Key Accountabilities
- Model outstanding teaching practice and meet teaching standards consistently.
- Promote inclusion, ensuring equitable outcomes for all students and staff.
- Provide strategic leadership to post-16 tutors and support staff.
- Report regularly to the Line Manager.
