Early Years Educator, Level 3- 3 days a week 7:30am-6:30pm
Calling all Level 3 Early Years Educators Location: Wallington L3- Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, 7:30am-6:30pm Salary: £14.50 per hour To provide high-quality care and education for children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), supporting their learning, development, and well-being in a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging activities based on the EYFS framework.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
- Build positive relationships with parents and carers to support each child’s development.
- Tailor activities and approaches to meet individual developmental needs, including SEND.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and deliver a high-quality curriculum.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in all areas used.

Qualifications required to carry out the role:
- Level 3 childcare qualification - required
- Experience of working in childcare – desired
- Outstanding understanding of Safeguarding- Required
