We are seeking a proactive and organised Site Supervisor to support the successful delivery of engineering projects and outages. This role is critical in ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining strong communication with both internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all site activities are delivered in line with HSE standards, including RAMS and point-of-work risk assessments.
- Supervise technicians on-site, ensuring clear understanding of work scopes, quality requirements, and deadlines.
- Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed on time and to specification.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and alignment with requirements.
- Prepare and support work scopes, including PPE, tooling, QA documentation, and equipment sign-off.
- Produce technical reports and provide daily updates to management.
- Verify and approve timesheets prior to final submission.
- Lead toolbox talks and participate in monthly safety meetings.
- Conduct site audits, identifying both improvements and best practice.
- Support and manage the team, resolving issues and ensuring effective delivery.
- Liaise with engineers, planners, and internal departments to coordinate activities.

- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.

- Experience with CRM or workshop management systems is advantageous.
Qualifications & Experience
- SSSTS (or equivalent).
- Engineering background (mechanical or electrical preferred).
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
