Looking to take ownership of a fast-growing eCommerce channel? This is an opportunity to join a market-leading FMCG business as an Amazon Marketplace Manager, driving online growth across Amazon, TikTok Shop and other digital marketplaces.
As the Amazon Marketplace Manager, you'll combine commercial account management with data-driven optimisation to accelerate sales, improve digital shelf performance and deliver profitable growth. You'll own Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central, optimising catalogue health, Brand Store visibility, Amazon Advertising and marketplace performance. Using commercial insight and analytics, you'll improve sales, profitability and customer engagement while helping shape the company's wider UK eCommerce strategy.
Working from home around four days each week reflects the company's flexible culture, where outcomes matter more than presenteeism.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the commercial performance of Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central.
- Driving profitable growth across Amazon and supporting channels including TikTok Shop.
- Optimising digital shelf performance, catalogue health, SEO, product content and Brand Stores.
- Managing Amazon Advertising and Retail Media to improve ROAS, ACoS and TACoS.
- Monitoring Buy Box ownership, Share of Voice, BSR, glance views and competitor activity.
- Using Helium 10, Profitero, DataHawk, Pacvue, Marketplace Pulse or similar platforms to identify growth opportunities.
- Managing forecasting, promotional investment, inventory and new product launches.
- Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to deliver profitable growth.
Reporting to the Global eCommerce Director, with a dotted line to the UK Country Manager, the Amazon Marketplace Manager will be encouraged to challenge, innovate and continuously improve marketplace performance.

Skills and experience
- Experience managing Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central.
- Strong understanding of Amazon 3P, Retail Media and marketplace growth strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Helium 10, Profitero, Pacvue, DataHawk, Marketplace Pulse or similar.
- Knowledge of Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC), Amazon DSP or Amazon Advertising is advantageous.
- Experience improving catalogue health, digital shelf performance, keyword optimisation and conversion.
- Commercial ownership of forecasting, promotional spend and P&L.
- Strong understanding of Amazon metrics including ROAS, ACoS, TACoS, Buy Box %, Share of Voice and retail readiness.
- Experience within FMCG or consumer goods.
