Your new role
- Transactional teams - leading the P2P and Payroll teams
- Month end - variances analysis, profitability and business partnering
- Reporting and Forecasting - improving results through understanding the actuals, forecasts, risks and opportunities
- Statutory Compliance - HMRC reporting
- Line Management - coaching and supporting the teams
- Supporting the implementation of a new ERP system

Please note that the majority of people work Monday to Thursday 7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm and Friday 7am - Midday.
Benefits
- Base salary: £36k to £45k
- WFH: Please read narrative below
- 23 days holiday (excluding bank holidays)

In order that the successful candidate receives a high quality induction, it is expected that in the first three months attendance on-site will be required daily. Following this period, WFH will be ~ 2 days per week.
Skills and experience to be successful
- Nearly qualified Chartered Accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA)
- Management Accounts experience
- A collaborative approach to Business partnering, adding value and constructive challenge

- Willing to take ownership and drive action
The Interview Process
- 60 minute face to face meeting with the FC & CFO
- 60 minute face to face meeting with a key business partner such as The Operations Director
