We're looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on Assistant Manager to join our friendly team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced pub environment and wants to play a key role in the day-to-day running of a successful venue.
Whether you're an experienced working in hospitality or an established Assistant Manager seeking a new challenge, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
As Assistant Manager, you'll support the General Manager in all aspects of the business, including:
- Assisting with the day-to-day running of the pub
- Leading shifts and ensuring excellent customer service
- Preparing staff rotas
- Stock control, stock takes and ordering supplies
- Assisting with purchasing and supplier relationships
- Helping organise and deliver events and functions
- Working behind the bar and on the floor when required
- Opening and closing the premises
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and lead by example
- Organised with good attention to detail
