An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a Quality Engineer whereby you will play a key part in supporting, controlling, and inspecting technical processes to ensure a high standard of quality throughout the organisation.

As a Quality Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Quality Control Plans (QCPs): Establish, apply, and maintain comprehensive quality control plans, ensuring they are implemented efficiently and accurately.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse medium to complex system data to inform decisions and drive precise execution throughout the organisation.
  • Project Involvement: Participate in the design and implementation phases of projects, ensuring that quality is embedded at every stage.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed of the latest regulatory requirements and coach internal teams on their application and proper usage.
  • Audits and Assessments: Conduct and support internal and external audits, evaluations, and assessments to ensure compliance with ISO, ASTM, DIN, BSI, and other relevant standards.
  • Supplier Quality Management: Perform supplier inspections to ensure that their quality standards align with Urenco’s requirements and project expectations.

Key requirements and responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Technical Background: A solid foundation in engineering (electrical), with a clear understanding of technical business processes.
